I’m Offering Free Training Plans

If you are under the impression that nothing good is for free - you’re wrong.  I have one free training plan loaded so far, with a few more to come in the very near future.

The plans are designed for the first-timer to beginner level athlete and are intended to motivate you, challenge you, and entice you to make fitness a part of your life - a commitment. 

Each plan will be six weeks in length because six weeks is all you need to get you to both the start line AND the finish line of either a Sprint distance triathlon or a 5km run.

For those of you whose goals indicate getting to the finish line within a certain amount of time, or ahead of a certain someone - I have you covered, too.  An Olympic distance and Half Ironman distance plan will be available by the first of the year.

In the mean time, feel free to share my free plans with anyone you feel may benefit from a little structure and gentle prodding.
